Aluminium brazing CAB-Process ("Nocolok")
SAFED is leading in design and manufacturing of convection type furnaces for Controlled aluminium Atmosphere Brazing (CAB). The brazing process consists in applying a non corrosive flux to "cladded" aluminium components before passing them through a furnace under a nitrogen protective atmosphere. The Controlled Atmosphere Brazing processes such as "Nocolok"‚ are mainly used in the field of automotive heat exchangers like radiators, condensers, heater cores, charge air coolers. SAFED applies successfully some of its unique technologies to furnaces designed specifically for the Controlled Atmosphere Brazing process. This design allows maximum production flexibility. The very precise temperature and atmosphere control guarantees extremely high product quality standards as well as very low reject rates. |
