The SAFED range comprises both electrically and gas-heated furnaces. Electrically heated furnaces In electrically heated systems, easily replaceable heating elements are mounted on ceramic pipes in the furnace floor, in the roof and in the fall shaft. Insulation A high quality material compound of light, fire-resistant insulating materials minimises thermal losses and guarantees faster heating up times. Gas-tight muffles A gas-tight muffle is the best prerequisite for targeted protective furnace gas treatment. The heat-resistant, special steel muffle enables rapid stabilisation of the treatment atmosphere. Any atmospheric change required can occur in a matter of minutes. The muffle forms a hermetically sealed area. The defined furnace volume thus limits the protective gas consumption. |
